Required info will include.

Post location ie IG account and date posted. Facebook account or other social media site.

Include your accounts so verification can be made as to content inquired about and so we can address all possible venues to ensure any inquiries can be handled and resolved promptly.

Once the inquiry is handled there will be follow up emails returned to verify that all issues or inquiries have been handled to all parties satisfaction,

In previous cases I have personally hunted and handled all required content issues on my time. Going forward from January 1 2026 I will not chase through accounts. If specific posts are not outlined for inquiry in contact through EMAIL ONLY they will not be handled. My time is mine and when someone decides they aren’t happy with a photo or work we have taken part in it is now on the person to outline all cases and send them in an email for inquiry.

It comes down to a few simple things. Respect, honest communication in a friendly way. This insures privacy and drama free satisfaction for all. So again put all info together and use the email.
